What projects require Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Approval?

All exterior changes to homes or lots (including landscaping, exterior painting, fences, gutters, solar, pools, re-roofs, screen enclosures, lighting ect.) Require ARC approval before work begins. Any work started without prior approval is subject to fines and further legal action.

 

How do I submit an ARC Request?

Please note- All ARC requests must be hand signed by the Lot owner and include detailed information about the project. 

 

How long do ARC requests take to process?

Please allow up to 30 days for the committee to process your request.

 

How do I purchase additional pool/gate entry cards or gate clickers?

I'm re-roofing, what are our approved shingle colors?

Weathered wood is the only approved shingle color. 

 

What are our approved exterior paint colors?

All colors must be used as intended (trim color for trim, door color for door ect.), and no mix-and-match between different Color Schemes.
